We just got our approval today in the mail. We had our fingerprints taken on May 11th and the approval date is listed as May 19th (8 days)! When we were adopting Bronwyn our approval took over 1 month so this time was a lot faster!
We do have a problem because the civil affairs office still has not sent her paperwork to the CCAA. The in China liaison has talked with them a couple of times to try to persuade them to send it in but so far nothing! So when our documents go to China in a few weeks everything is going to come to a halt because of this! Please pray that God will get a hold on these people! He can do anything and I have the faith that he will do this! She is my daughter and I will never give up!

Got notice in the mail today that our fingerprint appointments are May 11th. We have to drive to Nashville for these, which is about a 3 hour drive.
We still have no word about Tegan's paper work! Pray that it gets to the CCAA soon!!

I800A sent
I mailed our I800A today to our government to determine if we are suitable to adopt a child from China.
When we got to the post office Miss B. wanted to know "are we here to pick Sissy up?" :) I wish it was that easy baby!!

LID
We just got our log in date 1/30/11 from China to start our second adoption. We hope to be adding Rong Yuan to our family before the end of the year. We will be naming her Tegan Renee. Tegan meaning" beautiful" and Renee meaning "reborn". She lives in Beijing China at Bethel home for the blind. One of her eyes didn't fully develop ( like Bronwyn's) and the other eye has problems also we just don't know to what extent yet. She is probably what they call "legally blind " she can see just not good. She just turned 4 yrs old on November 14 and is just a little cutie! I saw her picture on Bethel's website and fell in love and knew she had to be our new daughter! She is 38" tall, which is only 3 inches taller than her little sister! It looks like we are going to be raising 2 shorties! We were able to use our old dossier since it has been less than a year from when we adopted Bronwyn. So the process should go much quicker. We are so blessed to be in the process of adding another daughter to our family!
Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west.
